Golf

Enjoy 18 holes of championship golf on the Britannia Golf Course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, surrounded by the beauty of Grand Cayman. The golf resort provides challenging holes that lie beside the sea and wind their way through natural lakes and estate home sites. On the fifth hole, golfers shoot over the Caribbean waters to the green. The course can be played as a nine-hole championship course with a second set of nine tees and greens superimposed to create an 18-hole executive course. Tee opens at 8am and twilight rates are available year round.

Seven Mile Beach

Villa guests have access to a gorgeous white sandy stretch of Seven Mile Beach. A wide variety of beach toys are found through the Red Sail Sports diving and water sport center including wave runners, water skiing, parasailing, windsurfing and more. Red Sail’s luxury catamarans offer lunch snorkel sails to the famous Stingray City, cocktail sunset cruises, and romantic dinner sails with catered Caribbean cuisine. Or you may wish only to lie in the warmth of the Caribbean sun and enjoy the relaxation and serenity of world famous Seven Mile Beach. Whichever you choose, you need only bring your swimwear and sun lotion.

Swimming Pools

Villa guests have their choice of swimming pools on the Resort property and no Villa building is far from at least one pool or whirlpool. The Beach Suites pool is home to the popular Seven Mile beach bar, while the Villas pools are usually more private.

Scuba Diving

Enjoy pampered diving aboard Red Sail Sports’ state-of-the-art dive boats, all equipped with features such as fresh water showers, rinse tanks, ice coolers, and restrooms. Daily diving trips to the spectacular reef, West and North Walls, and wrecks. Night diving and sunset cruises are also offered.

Introduction to SCUBA and certification courses available for beginners, and advanced courses available for those already certified.

Snorkeling

There is usually little wave activity on Seven Mile Beach, making this a good place for the whole family to practice snorkeling at the sandy beach. There are sites to explore along the beach with rocks and coral heads close to shore, or take a trip to some of many more popular sites on the island. Snorkeling equipment can be rented on-site from Red Sail Sports.

Dining

Hemingway’s Beach Club offers open air dining on the Grand Cayman Beach Suites (formerly the Hyatt) property with fantastic beach views. Menu celebrates seafood and West Indian dishes. Open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Bamboo offers Sushi & Japanese cuisine on the Grand Cayman Beach Suites (formerly the Hyatt) property with a popular cocktail bar. Something for everyone. Open evenings. Closed Sundays.

Health Club

Villa guests have access to the beach side Health Club and the fitness center on the Villa property.
