Complimentary Hold

If you would like to place a unit on a "Complimentary Hold" while you finalize your other travel details, please call 1-800-999-1338 or 641-435-2001 and speak with one of our Reservationists directly so they can help you. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm central time. We do check for phone messages on Saturdays and Sundays so we would be happy to assist you even though our office is closed. When getting our answering machine, please state that you would like to place a unit on a "Complimentary Hold" plus also clearly state your name and phone number where you can be reached by one of our Reservationists.
