Yes — all condos come with professionally laundered linens and towels.

Yes — each condo is inspected and licensed by the Cayman Islands Government and inspected by our company prior to your check-in.

Amenities include direct beach access to the Caribbean Sea, a sandy beach, a swimming and snorkeling cove, large pool with swim-up bar, whirlpool, separate and shallow children’s wading pool and on-site management to assist during your stay.

Guests can enjoy snorkeling, scuba diving on coral reefs, water sports rentals, beachfront relaxation and exploring Grand Cayman’s attractions—all just minutes from Sunset Cove.

We’re a U.S.-based family-owned company founded in 1989, with trusted on-island management that meets you on arrival in the on-site office at Sunset Cove, professionally laundered linens, licensed and inspected units, and full service from booking through checkout.

For cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival, the amount already paid will be refunded, less a $100.00 cancellation fee or a 5% fee, whichever amount is greater. For cancellations made within thirty (30) days of arrival, the 50% deposit will be retained and any balance will be refunded. (Cancellation policies vary for Christmas/New Year’s, Group and Monthly rentals). Written notice of cancellation is required.

Taxis are readily available at the airport, along with car rental agencies (but you drive on the left). There is also a car rental agency across from Sunset Cove, and a bus stop.

Yes — we offer property management services and welcome owners interested in having their condo professionally managed.

Yes — the swimming and snorkeling cove, pool, and beach access are very family-friendly, and many guests return year-after-year with children. The pool even has a separate, shallow wading pool for small children.

All of our rental units offer complimentary WiFi access for guests.

Yes — Our Reservations Office sends information and recommendations for restaurants and activities prior to your arrival. Our on-site office staff can provide you with the latest information, recommend restaurants and local water sports companies, and assist with reservations.

Our Cayman staff maintains office hours on site, but if you need immediate help outside of those times, you will have their email and cell phone numbers to contact them, if needed, during your stay.

No — US dollars are universally accepted, and you get change in Cayman Islands dollars. Bank ATM’s are readily available, but check fees. Credit cards are an easy alternative, but some of the small watersports operators may require cash, so check ahead. Also, check your card policies for international charges.

Clothing, prescriptions, and personal items. Food, and anything you forgot, can usually be purchased there. Most people don’t wear all the clothes they bring. Every condo has a clothes washer and dryer in the unit.

The medical facilities on Grand Cayman are excellent, with 4 hospitals available, as well as many urgent care clinics. Two hospitals in George Town are well established; Cayman Islands Hospital and Doctors Hospital. There are also two modern hospitals operated by Health City; a new one in Camana Bay and a large facility on the east end of the island.
