This beachfront property offers the largest swimming pool on Seven Mile Beach with a swim-up snack and cocktail bar, a whirlpool, a shallow wading pool for small children, a restaurant, a beach for sunbathing, and a snorkel reef right out front. Whether you are just learning to snorkel for the first time, are an experienced snorkeler, or just want to float in the pool or cove, Sunset Cove is the perfect place to relax and unwind!

Pricing, Payments & Booking

Your nightly rate (USD) covers your condo stay, including in-unit amenities like a full kitchen, WiFi, linens, and towels. You will see the total, including any taxes and applicable fees, prior to booking.

Yes. You can reserve your condo with a smaller initial deposit, then pay the remaining balance in interest-free monthly installments prior to your arrival.

Yes. Complimentary holds are available so you can reserve your dates while you finalize your plans.

Choosing the Right Condo

Sunset Cove has 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condos, all fully equipped and set up for couples, families, or groups.

  • Oceanfront: Closest to the water, typically within about 100 feet
  • Oceanview: Partial or elevated views of the ocean
  • Poolside: Located near the pool area
  • Standard: Set farther from the water, generally the best value
  • Patio/Deck views for each condo are available on our website.

Guest capacity varies by unit type. Condos can accommodate anywhere from 2 to 7 guests, depending on the layout.

 

Amenities & What’s Included

All condos include a full kitchen, washer/dryer, WiFi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, and a private balcony or patio.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more (with some exceptions). No services are provided on Sundays or Cayman holidays and with most special promotions or discounts.

Yes. Beach towels are provided, and guests have access to the pool, swim-up pool bar, beach area, snorkel cove, and other resort amenities.

 

Location & Experience

Many condos are located less than 100 feet from the Caribbean Sea, with our own sandy beach and protected swimming and snorkeling cove.

Yes, plenty! There are restaurants, shops, and water activities within easy walking distance.

Yes. A worry-free guarantee is available for lower cancellation penalties in certain cases (such as job loss with documentation).

Yes! Sunset Cove is an excellent destination for families or groups, with multiple bedroom configurations, a large pool, children’s wading pool, a protected swimming and snorkeling cove, and easy access to the beach, dining, and activities nearby.

You’ll benefit from professional on-island management that checks you in on-site when you arrive, an on-site office, licensed and inspected condos, and dedicated support before and throughout your stay.

Our office will request your flight information and monitor arrival times. You will have contact info for our local manager in Cayman and need to contact them if you know you will be delayed so they can arrange to check you in.
