RESERVATION AND PAYMENT POLICIES:
A reservation will be accepted upon the receipt of a valid credit card number or a check equal to a 50% deposit of the total amount due. Full payment must be received thirty (30) days prior to your arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year’s rentals) or will be subject to cancellation. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year’s rentals), full payment is due immediately. Additional fees, restrictions and terms may apply on Christmas/New Year’s holiday rentals. Deposit policies, terms and fees vary for Group rentals, Monthly rentals and Holiday Group rentals. We honor Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and Diner's Club. Personal checks should be made payable to “Cayman Condos”. Reservation and payment policies, terms and fees are subject to change.

CANCELLATION POLICIES :
Written notice of cancellation of a reservation is required. For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, any amount already paid will be refunded less a $100.00 cancellation fee or a 5% fee, whichever amount is greater. For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, the 50% deposit will be retained and any balance will be refunded. An exception is for Christmas/New Year's reservations (rentals that include any days between December 19 and January 5) which must be cancelled 60 days prior to arrival for a full refund less the cancellation fee of $100 or the 5%. For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, the 50% deposit will be retained and any balance will be refunded.
